Refund Processing Time
Refunds for participant-initiated cancellations will be processed within 7-10 working days from the placement of the cancellation notification.
Valid Refund Requests
Cancellation requests are considered valid only if they are made within 48 hours of purchase, and participants must clearly specify the email address and phone number used during registration.
Schedule or Time-related Issues
If a learner faces issues with the schedule, date, time, or other matters, they must notify the KAM or respective support personnel within 2 days of the course’s starting date. LearneX will strive to provide an alternative solution, such as another batch or a more convenient schedule. If not possible, a refund of 80% of the paid amount will be issued within 7-10 working days of the notification.
No Refund After 2 Days of Course Start
No refund will be applicable if 2 days elapse from the starting date of the course.
